My new iphone 5 won't sync to itunes?
Hey so i got my new iphone 5 today and i pluged it into my computer but it comes up with a window say that it can't sync my phone because it is locked with a passcode and i must enter the passcode on my iphone before it can be used with itunes.
what does this mean?
how do i know the passcode?
where do i eter this passcode?
please help me i would really appreciate it i'm not so good with technology and stressing a little abou this
You know how when you first turn on your iPhone, it says "Slide to unlock"? Well, you have probably enabled a 4 number pass code (Or a word pass code, if you wanted that) so now it's telling you you must sync it after typing in that code. If you do not have one of these, make sure you're Wi-Fi is off and you're using the correct plug to sync. I really hope this helps!
- Why Won't My New Iphone Sync with Itunes? I bought my iphone 5c today set it all up etc all is fine with it apart from it won't sync with itunes. It syncs with windows but nothing with itunes. I have tried restarting my computer and phone, uninstalling and reinstalling itunes. I also have i ipod shuffle which i sync to itunes with the same account and this syncs fine. Could this be the problem?
