Need to get away from the internet and technology? What is something I can do?
So I spend well over 9+ hours a day in front of my computer or iPhone, It's really started to dawn on me, I might be addicted to technology, but its nor really my fault either, I've been raised on technology, I've had a computer since I was 5, I'm so dependent on technology that I tried turning off my computer and phone for an hour and I sat in my room and couldn't figure out what to do with my life, I felt so lost, I know that that probably sounds pretty bad, but I think I need to find a hobby or something. I don't have a car, I can only go where the busses go, I kinda like shopping (I'm a guy btw), but I'm always broke with no money to spend, I don't get paid a lot and all my money goes toward bills. Can anybody give me some hobbys I can do for a young teen? I need some advice on what to do with my life. I don't want a hobby thats hard or requires a lot of money.
The same happened to me when i discovered netflix LOL i got a job at a outdoor camp where they won't let you use your phone. Plus they give you something to do and you get paid

Read some books. Old books printed on paper.
First, not knowing what to do and even feeling a kind of panic without a pre-given "structure" is quite understandable (it's just that most people don't have to go there, and/or it makes them too uncomfortable or they haven't given it any thought like you have).
Check out some of the things in *my* answers to some previous questions, including finding possible hobbies you might be interested in (also cheap)--sorry that all links in answers are now limited to 3 that are clickable by YA, but you can still copy and paste those urls into your browser):

I read a lot. I do read on my phone a lot, but I figure I'm using my phone to build knowledge. I have always liked history, so I look up historical figures a lot. Maybe try some sports, running is great. Young teen? Start drawing or painting those are fun hobbies. Write some books.
Nice
- Regarding sending something back with a warranty and returning something broken to a seller on amazon? I ordered a charger for my iPhone and it comes with a 18 month worry free warranty and my charger broke. So I was wondering can I return it to the seller in a envelope in my mailbox and same thing for the other thing that is broken. like or do I have to go to ups and ship it like that
- Lost my iphone and need a new one before I go away I lost my iphone and am claiming on insurance but can't get a replacement before I go away on wednesday. I really need a phone which I can get internet on whilst i'm there since its kindof in the middle of nowhere. Is it a stupid idea to buy an iphone with a pay as you go sim to use whilst i'm there and then trade it in/ sell it as soon as i'm back?
- Is there something wrong with my phone or is there something wrong with my mom's phone? Ok so when I attempt to call my mom, it doesn't ring it just goes straight to voicemail but doesn't show on my mom's phone that she had a missed called. My messages won't go through either, but her calls and messages come through to me. We both have iPhones and they are both on. I can text everyone else, call everyone else but her.
