New iPhone 5 screen has too much glue?
Hi, my iPhone screen stop working so this guy that fixes iPhones put a new one and apparently he used too much glue because the screen looks awful, it has dark spots, light spots, and it looks like it has water inside the corners, he didn't charge me anything of course, but is this going to break my phone?
Is this guy even a professional? You don't need glue to fix a screen- it should just pop back in without the use of glue. But yes, it could damage the phone. The screen may look worse and worse as time progresses, and the glue could get into other components of your phone which may destroy them. It probably will break your phone.
Thanks. And this is the 3 rd time he fixes my phone, and the other 2 was perfect, he has a cell phone store actually! I'm so mad!
- Iphone has white screen black apple logo frozen it occasionally goes black then that screen shows up again screen went red once? I held the home and power buttons and it showed me that the battery was super low with the little red lines hasn't shown me that since now it's just frozen on black apple logo with white background and the screen flickers occasionally i've had it plugged into the wall charging for 2 hours now and still nothing should I go get it looked at by apple or do I just leave it charging longer?
- IPhone has Way too much other? I have an iPhone 5 on v6.0.1. Now, I know that a 'quick fix' would be to restore my phone, as many have said in different answers. My Other category is 3.6 gigs of data. I was going to restore it, but iTunes is telling me that I don't even have enough free space to restore. Which was the INITIAL problem that I'm trying to fix, BY RESTORING. Does anyone have an tips, tricks, websites, limericks, that can/could help me out? Things that have helped you are VERY welcome.
- If I Color swap my front screen on my iPhone 4 will it fix my broken screen too? I just got an iPhone 4 and my friend dropped it and the front is cracked/shattered and someone told me if i color swap my iPhone front glass then it fixes the cracked screen does it work? Or will i have to get it repaired?
- I have nail glue on my iPhone touch screen how to get it off with out damaging my phone screen? I can't mess up my screen does anyone have any experience with this please donnot give me an answer if you don't know please if you have experience let me know
