New iPhone, p button doesn't work
Ok my old iPhone got stolen so I just got a new iPhone 4s. Or at least i think its new, its a replacement phone from sprint. The p button won't type on my keyboard! I need to enter my email for apple id and i can't because it has a p in it! I tried turning the keyboard sideways and it doesn't work. I think its just that spot because the 0 doesn't work either! I've already tried turning it off and on and it doesn't work! Help what should i do i need to set up this phone!
Restore to factory, if that doesn't work then make an appt at the apple store and they will just give you a ne wone
- Screen on/off button on my iPhone 4s doesn't work? Its very hard to push all the sudden like its stuck. I had it in a otterbox defender series since the day I bought it and nothing has been spilled on it or anything not sticky or anything whatsoever. I have it through at&t and have a warranty just wondering if I should should go there or right to an apple store. Any help would be appreciate thank you.

Hi, so a while ago I dropped my phone in water, I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it but when I got it back the power and home button didn't work, I turned on assistive touch so I can use my home button and turn off my phone, now I can't turn it on without using my charger or having someone text me, is there any other way I can turn it on without having to do that?

- My home button and lock button don't work on my iphone 4 Okay so about 2 weeks ago my lock button stopped working and I don't know why so I went to mts store and they said to go to the apple store and i haven't been able to go yet and then tonight I was on my phone then I went to eat dinner so i put it in my sweater pocket then after dinner i took my phone out and it wan't responding! Is there anything I can do right now other than going to an apple genius? It's like 9 at night!
