Not receiving a specific text?
I own an iPhone 6s Plus, my boyfriend owns an LG G4. He sent me a rather lengthy message, and I wasn't able to receive it but I received smaller texts claiming he sent the message. Any reasons as to why I can't receive long messages?

- Why am I not receiving text messages because of iMessage? When I have my iMessage on, I'm not receiving texts from my iPhone using friends who have their iMessage OFF. But if I turn my iMessage off, then I don't receive texts from my friends that have their iMessage ON. Is there a way to fix this? Is there a way I can receive texts from everyone while my iMessage is on, regardless if their iMessage is on or off?
- One Person Not Receiving Text messages? So I have an IPhone 6 and he has an android and out of no where he stopped recieving my texts. I get all of his messages but he can't receive mine. I've tried restarting my phone, and re entering the contact but nothing worked.
- Not receiving text messages? I have an iPhone and I'm unable to receive text messages, but just from one person. I'm able to get their messages, but they're not able to get mine.
- Iphone not receiving text notifications? I have an iphone 8+ that's updated to the ios 12 update. Just starting today i stopped getting notifications from text messages. I've tried everything. Hard reset, do not disturb isn't on, notifications for messages are turned on. Everything is ok and how it should be. I'm getting notifications from my other apps, just not from text messages. It has the red badge come up but no banners, nothing on the lock screen. I have no idea how to fix this.
