Not receiving texts from 1 person on an iPhone 4s?
I have an iPhone 4s and my dad has an iPhone 5c and I receive texts form everyone except for him. I'm signed in on my iPad and receive the texts their but not on my phone. I can still make calls on my iPhone to him.
Does your iCloud account for iMessage have your phone number listed and not just your email account? That's probably it. Verify it does. If it does, reset that. If it doesn't, add it. Best luck.

- Why isn't my iPhone 5 not receiving or sending texts to andriod phones? I just recently got an iPhone 5 (regular. Not 5s or 5c). I haven't updated to iOS7 yet but ever since I've gotten this phone it hasn't received or sent text messages to an android phone. I haven't tried calling yet so I'm not sure about that yet.

I'm texting my wife and we both have iPhone's and she is getting the messages as an iMessage but the ones I'm sending her on my end show up at green. Sometime it will go as blue, get the little red exclamation point then send as regular SMS. I'm texting someone else too and she has an iPhone, and she is getting mine as regular iMessages and mine are sending as regular iMessages. Why aren't they sending to me wife as iMessages?

I have an iPhone 5 and whenever my girlfriend texts me, I don't feel a vibrate, hear a ring, and when I look at my lock screen, there's nothing there, but when I open it and go to our messages, there's like five messages that I haven't gotten notified for.
