Problem putting iOS 7 on iPhone 4?

I have an iPhone 4s and I put the iOS 7 on it without any problems. However, a couple of my friends have the iPhone 4 and when I attempt to update them, it won't let me. It says that there was an error installing the iOS 7 and that I have to completely restore the phone and THEN I can put the new iOS 7 on. Note: the phones are updated to the current 6.1.3 and it doesn't do this to all of the iPhone 4 phones; I did a 4 yesterday and it was totally fine. I did one today and I had to end up restoring the whole thing. I know that there are different iPhone 4 phones like one can be a CDMA and one can be a GSM, and I'm installing the correct version of iOS 7 according to what phone it is.
I just don't understand why I randomly have to restore some of the iPhone 4 phones!

Alright Apple geniuses… I hope you can figure this one out.

I don't think it even runs on iphone 4.

  • Will putting 2 screen protectors on my iphone work? I've smashed my iphone alot but it still works would i be able to tap the screen and would it work if i had 2 screen protectors?
  • Will my iphone work with just putting in a SIM card? My old phone was turning off all the time and my mom had an old iphone 3 that she doesn't use anymore. I took her iphone and put my SIM card into it. I then plugged it into the computer and registered it with itunes. Will this charge my AT&T bill? I don't want to pay for data yet? I didn't activate it through AT&T, but now I'm kind of worried it will. Will the phone work okay without calling AT&T to activate it?
  • Putting my Sim card from an iPhone into a different iPhone? I'm an AT&T Carrier. I already have an iPhone 4 data plan that I'm paying on. Recently my phone has stopped working and until I can get a new one shipped my friend has offered for me to put my sim card into her old iPhone 4. Will AT&T charge me if I do this?
  • Putting my old iPhone SIM card into new iPhone? I have a backup iPhone at home. Thought I lost it, got a new one - it was later returned to me. So I keep it as a backup. My current phone can't charge because I just dropped it in gravy and it *** it up. Can I put this phones SIM card into my other iPhone and have my service transferred or do I have to take it into the store?
