Problems with iphone 5 charger? - 1
Am i the only one that has problems with the iphone 5 charger?
after a few months it breaks, a small kink in the wire near the part that gets put in the phone forms and gradually gets worse cause it to not charge.
i took the wire to apple and they said it was the way i was taking the wire out from the phone, but it doesn't make any difference how gentle or specific i remove the wire it always breaks, and then i have to spend £15 everytime for a new wire, when surely this should be under the insurance that i pay £12 every month for and have not even needed to use apart from having the wire replaced!
also the very first time it happened i was able to replace it with my network provided but now they say i can't?
Normally you get one free replacement on accessories.
I have owned my iPod for over 3 years, and have yet to replace the charger, I'm I easier on my charging cable than you? I have no idea, I pull mine out the same way most people do. No kinks, no bends, always charges just fine, and I charge mine pretty much every day, at the end of the day.
- Is the iPhone 5 Charger the same as the iPod Touch 5th Generation charger? I'm just curious because i'm trying to buy an iPod touch 5th generation ipod on ebay & all it says is "iphone 5 charger" so i was wondering if they were the same.
- Iphone 5 usb charger problems? Ok so I've went through about 6 usb cables this year. Mine right now just stopped working like all of the other ones. At first you would have to move it in a certain position then shortly after that it would just stop working. My moms charger works fine in my phone, so its not my phone. How do I fix this problem?
- IPhone 5 Dynex charger problems? I went to Best Buy to buy a new iPhone 5 charger because the one from the Apple store of course broke. Now it works great but if I move it the slightest bit while it's charging it stops charging and says "This Accessory May Not Be Supported" why is it saying this? Is there something to be fixed? It's brand new. And if it does charge without being disturbed it charges really slowly.
- IPhone 3Gs charger problems? I was given an iphone 3gs about a week ago. I used a car charger to charge on my way to work and it charge perfectly.tonight i bought an iphone charger (USB) for the iphone. The iphone still charges on the car charger and turns on, but won't charge on the usb cable. Has anyone else ever had this issue? And if so what were you recommended to do?
