Problems with iPhone ringtone?

A while ago, I went and bought Truckin' by the Grateful Dead from iTunes as a ringtone. It worked, it was there, whatever. A couple months later, my battery died. I had to get a new phone. They replaced it, same make, same model. Nothing was transferred. I went to my ringtones, it wasn't there. I went to iTunes on the phone, clicked to buy it, it said I already had it. I looked again in my ringtones, nothin'. I then got on my computer, looked on iTunes there, couldn't find it. Gimme some help bros.

However, it's still listed in my purchases and tones on my old 5s, so I know I did buy it. How do I transfer it without buying it again?
  • Problems with songs after creating a ringtone on iTunes? So I created a ringtone for my iPhone, and now whenever I try to listen to the song I used it only plays the 30 seconds I selected for the ringtone. I've tried deleting the song from my iphone and reading it, but it still only plays that 30 seconds. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
