Removing a Battle.net authenticator?
Recently i got a new iPhone so the authenticator on my old phone got erased after i forgot to copy it over. I tried to do Blizzard's "Do It Yourself Authenticator Remover" except the problem is i have over protective parents who won't let me just give my Birth Certificate or Passport to a company they arent familiar with, i've tried the live and phone chat but i just stay on the phone for hours and keep getting redirected. Is there a way to remove the authenticator on my account WITHOUT going on my account or filling out the DIY Authenticator Removal? If so please help.
I'm experiencing the same problem with you and I also don't want to send my private info to a game company. My account has been blocked for over a year. I searched a lot and it looks like it's impossible to bring our accounts back without sending our info.
