Safari won't open on my Iphone?
I have an Jail-broken Iphone 4 running ios 7. Last week i noticed that when i tried to open Safari, it would show an unloaded safari screen for a split second and then crash back to the homepage. I have tried restarting my device but it doesn't work. I don't think it is the jailbreak because I have had it for months with no issues and I did not install any new tweaks right before this issue. Someone please help me! I have tried going on the apple support forums but we all know how helpful those are.
Try unjailbreaking it and see if it works, If not try taking it to an Apple store or someplace.
It's not the jailbreak you're right on that part, but it is what the jailbreak has. The sources and things you have installed from Cydia can be affecting the CPU of your iPhone and making it overheat. I suggest you download a newer version of iOS and SHIFT+Restore it (because the updates fix small things that you would have a problem with on older firmwares) and jailbreak it again, you shouldn't have that problem again.
You can also try installing google chrome or another web browser if you do not feel like downloading a newer firmware, putting all your apps, music, and etc back onto the iPhone and jailbreaking it again.
