Samsung Galaxy SIII or the iPhone 5?
I'm not sure which one to get. I did check out the Galaxy s3 but thought it was slightly too big. But I haven't seen the iPhone 5. I do have the 4s myself.

Iphone 5 is way better, just more expensive, if you have some money to spend, definitely buy the iphone: D
It really depends… Do you want apple or android? Personal opinion? I've always been an android AND samsung kinda girl. I have the galaxy sII which is almost the same as the sIII. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my phone.So, really, it is just up to you. If you prefer smaller and paying for all your apps, then get the iPhone. If not, then go for the sIII. Enjoy your phone!
The 4S is very similar to the iPhone 5 but the Samsung Galaxy doesn't have a good connection, if you know what I mean. I'd go with the iPhone 5 if I were you, you can also check sites for more information!

Galaxy s3 is far better than iPhone since it was a replica of iPhone and comes much cheaper.

Android is best. Go for Samsung galaxy s3 and enjoy the phone without limitations.
If you already have an iPhone (as you do) then there's no benefit from changing to Android, unless it is a larger screen - which you already say you don't want/need.

The benefit of a tidier/simpler 'desktop' only showing the common apps and Widgets can be nice but if you are happy, why change.,
Phone 4S to 5?
no big benefit - screen size, slimmer/lighter but apart from that, all the other benefits are iOS 6 benefits which are available to the 4S. Why not hold off till the 5S next year comes out. (and it will have more of the android features that apple still has not copied in?)
