Should I get an iPod Touch 6g or an iPhone 5c?

I currently have a plastic LG Blackberry to text with and an iPod Touch 4g for everything else. It's become obsolete now, so I have the choice of either:

a) Getting an iPod Touch 6g and keep using the LG to text with (Since I don't call anyone or have data anyways).

or

b) Getting an iPhone 5c and throw out the plastic phone, effectively combining the two.

The only concern I have is the lack of power in the 5c, and if it would support iOS 10 whenever it comes out. But I don't want to be that kid that pulls out his WannaBerry (that's what my friends call it) to text people. I do text a lot as well, so it's a really hard decision. Any thoughts? I'm 16 btw.

Iphone

Getting a 5c is pointless, because you've said you don't call anyone or have data.

You could probably get an iphone 5s for a good deal now with the iphone 6s and 6s+ being released recently.

the 5s will have more memory options then the 5c and will last long with future software upgrades to the iphone.

look on apple's site for price comparisons, or look at carrier pages like verizon, at&t, etc for other options or deals they may have.

stores like best buy sell most, if not all phones and carrier options as well.

  • Which should I get? Ipod touch 6 or Iphone 6? If I do get the Iphone 6 I will not have data. The only reason I want the iphone 6 is for the processor and the touch-id, but I only have enough for the ipod touch 6. If the iphone is better I will just save my money and get it later.
