Should I get iOS 7 for my iPhone 4S?
It has had two updates. Did they fix the bugs that everybody was talking about? My other question is will all my pictures and apps still be in my phone?

Yeah they fixed everything that everyone was talking about, I think it's worth it. Very cool layout! Though it drains your battery much faster than the iOS 6 did, so I recommend to go to settings > general > background app refresh and turn it off!
Yes, most of the initial security bugs and bypassing issues have been fixed with update patches to iOS 7. I have the latest update on my iPhone and iPad. Both work splendidly.
