Should I get the T-mobile iPhone 5 or wait for the iPhone 5s?

So currently I have an iPhone 4 and was extremely excited to hear that my phone company, T-Mobile, is finally getting the apple products. I'm thinking of selling my iPhone 4 for $200 to my uncle so I could purchase the iPhone 5 for T-Mobile, but then again there are tons of rumors around the internet saying that the iPhone 5s might be releasing this summer.

Thing is if I do wait for the iPhone 5s, I probably won't be able to sell my iphone 4 to my uncle because he'll just look for a different one else where. So what do you guys think?

Wait. Its only about 6 months till the next one is coming. I personally would get the HTC One that is coming to T-Mobile in a few weeks.

More info on HTC One:
The HTC One uses an all-aluminum frame with an antenna built into its backing; intended to give the device a premium feel in comparison to smartphones made with a plastic shell. The frame itself takes at least 200 minutes to manufacture. Internally, the device includes a 1.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 4.7 inch 1080p Super LCD 3 display with 468 ppi, and either 32 or 64 GB of internal, non-expandable storage. The HTC One will also support LTE where available. The HTC One's camera includes an "UltraPixel" image sensor, which uses larger pixels. The use of larger pixels improves overall image quality, especially in low-light environments. Unlike other high-end smartphones (which often use 8 megapixel cameras), the HTC One's camera is only 4 megapixels in size: HTC's designers determined that cameras with such high megapixel counts are affected by their signal-to-noise ratio, resulting in fuzzier images, and take poor low light images due to the difficulty of capturing light through the smaller pixel areas needed in order to maintain a thin form. The megapixel size of the camera will also be de-emphasized in promotion for the One, with plans to put a larger focus on its technology as a selling point instead. The camera also includes optical image stabilization, and is further enhanced by improvements to the camera app and the ImageSense 2.0 image processor. The HTC One's audio system includes front-facing BoomSound stereo speakers, Beats Audio, and HDR audio recording

I work for T-Mobile. The Iphone 5 is definitely coming out April 12th.

Go for it. Now is a good time to sell the 4 and buy the 5.

The the 'S' phones are only ever small improvements to the main phone, so if you wait, you won't gain much and you definitely won't be able to sell the 4 for much
