Stolen iphone 5, what do i do?
My iphone 5 has been stolen in my classroom. Its been about 3weeks now. The first day, i didn't know what to do, looked everywhere but i was clueless. Then i found the Find My iPhone app & remembered turning it on on my settings. But i found out that my mom deactivated theservice so i couldnt use the app. About a week later i asked my mom to turn it back on hoping i would be able to track it, but it was off (goes to voicemail) its been dead eversince.
I don't know what to do, i seriously am very sad about it and i just want it back & i still do have hope. I've reported it to the police at my school but they are not doing anything. The person who stole it is someone from that class only. But i don't know who?
Anyone help me? What should i do now? Should i just give up and stop looking for answers?
Try to find out trough people in your class, sucks you shouldve checked your app earlier.did you let apple track your iphone? If yes then check that out
Someone stole my galaxy right when I first bought it, at a party. It sucked I cried for days and called the police. Honestly I would just get a new phone so you can get over it. I know how you feel and I'm sorry it had to happen. Maybe you should ask your provider to track it down. I know they can track down iPhones!
At least it's in your school, talk to the councillor, tell a teacher or the school principal or the head of disciplinary something like that so they can hold a check on all of the student (specifically from your class)
otherwise you should ask your mom to bring you to the national thingy i don't know where or what's its called in your country and they should be able to shut off your phone completely so the person who stole it wouldn't be able to use your phone. My mom's phone was stolen, but she was a mother and had her own car so she had her own permission and time to go to the national agency of devices or something to get her iphone shut off. You won't get it back but at least you know the person who has it won't be able to use your phone or see what you have written or done.
considering u're only just a teen like 15 you should talk to your principal to get people in your class and level talked to or checked on.
You can use your imei no to locate your phone and is u lockd your phone wth passwrd and is the traccer on
- My iphone was stolen. Find my iphone tracked it 15 miles from my house. Should I call police? It happened two weekends ago and I don't think the person ever turned it on until today but I got an email saying it was turned on, lost mode was activated so it locked itself, and it has tracked it to a city about 15 miles away from my house at an apartment complex. I don't think it would be necessary to go there and start knocking on doors. Should I contact police? Its an iphone 4.
