Stolen iPhone, SIM card taken and reset?
Someone stole my iPhone and I'm pretty sure that they have taken out the SIM card because when I call it, it doesn't work and also I'm pretty sure its been reset!
Is there a way I could still track them?
If it has been reset then there's likely nothing that could be done. If it is any consolation though they would get iCloud Activation Lock meaning they would need your Apple ID & password in order to do anything with the phone. Other than that its a brick.
Unless you have gps location services activated no. Call your own network and tell them to blacklist it.
In that case there really isn't anymore you can do to track it. Though if it is on iOS 7 or above, Activation Lock will prevent anyone from doing anything with it as it will remain locked until your Apple ID and password are entered into it. So basically nobody can do anything with it.
No you can't track it.
