Switching from iPhone 4 to galaxy s3? - 1
I'm thinking about switching BUT I do not want to lose my apps and the information I have on them. I do have everything backed up in iCloud, but will I be able to use iCloud to transfer EVERYTHING onto the galaxy s3? I don't want just my contacts to be transferred, I need everything that's backed up on my iCloud to be transferred.
You won't be able to use iCloud to move your information to an Android device. However, there are other apps available to both the Apple Store and the Google Play store that can efficently back-up your information.
A good app is phoncopy - it is available on Blackberry, Android, iOS, and Windows Phone.
It saves EVERYTHING.
I'd say you stick with Apple. Upgrade to maybe a 5s or 5c but it'll be worth it in the long run.
