Screen on the Iphone 4s?
I'm into repairing Iphone, Iphones, because when my Ipod broke I fixed it by myself.
This is an Iphone 4s from AT&T
It was dropped (looked like someone nuked it haha) the screen is cracked, the back is cracked even worst, and I opened it up and the hardware was completely perfect
It won't turn on when I plug it into the computer, maybe it's dead and I'm inpatient, and the screen remains black no matter if I try a hard reset or anything else.
I ordered a new screen, going to try and open it up and replacing it to see if that helps.
My questions is: If it's not the screen, and nothing is wrong with the mother board or any other part, what could be wrong with it? Perhaps the battery?
The iPhone will still function when plugged AC, even if the battery is toasted. I dropped my 4s snowbaording and it fried the battery, but on AC it would work.
You might want to make sure there's no metal touching the logic/main/mother board. It can short it enough to not power up…
Besides that, if all wiring is intact, like you mentioned, the logic board…
I cracked my iPhone 4 screen recently. I wasn't going to pay heaps to get it fixed, so I found iscreensfix.com and followed their DIY repair guides and videos. I was a bit skeptical before I bought it, but I was really glad I did because it was actually easier and quicker than I initially thought. I had my new screen on and my phone was up and running again. In your case, it sounds like the LCD has stopped working. You can email them if you like and they'll be able to help you out, plus they also have a guide on repairing the back cover of your phone. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who has a cracked screen waiting to be repaired.
- White Screen of Death on My IPhone 3GS After Replacing Screen? I recently replaced the cracked screen of my IPhone 3GS. After reassembling it, I got the White Screen of Death. I've tried holding the power button and the home button to try to reboot, but it does not work. The phone seems to still be working normally other than the screen. In fact, it is currently playing music. Does anyone have and suggestions on how to fix this?

- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…

I find an app called clockify, but it's only on Cydia and I don't want to jailbreak my iphone. I've been looking around, but I didn't find anything. I would really love to have different timezone in.
