If they do not have Facetime turned on, that may be the issue. If they have an older iPhone that does not have Facetime, that also could be the issue.
Are they able to Facetime with other people? And can you contact them through email or SMS? If so call them to see if they are getting your FT requests or have been having issues with using the app or if they even use it at all.

- My iPhone 6s has no phone case and I've dropped it several times but there has never been any damage The screen hasn't cracked and it still works like new and the phone is as old as when the first iPhone 6s came out. But it's just funny because i Never have a case on it and it's fallen, maybe only 3 feet at most onto wood floors and nothing has happened yet. Anyone else relate?

- Iphone 6 won't switch on qt all after contact with water. How to fix it? It's been three days since my iphone fell into the water. I tried putting it in rice and nothing happened. It switched on for a split second then switch off completely. How can i fix this? I tried plugging it into my computer and nothing happened.
