Things on my 5s opening as if i'm touching the screen when i'm not?

So basically my iphone is spazzing out, i can just leave it sitting down (unlocked) and it will go into an application and all sorts of things will be clicked on without me touching it at all
when i'm trying to use it it just does whatever it wants
i restored it and it helped a tiny but but it's still freaking out

i'm really annoyed because i literally just got the screen replaced (yesterday bceause it was cracked)
also could it be because of the 7.1 iOS update?

also, not sure if you know what i'm talking about, but its behaving like when the 5 chargers are broken and make your phone skitz out when plugged in

Added (1). HELLO, i did factory reset it and the problem lessened but is still definitely a problem. Its as if i'm using it with wet hands (but i'm not)

What you are describing is a common issue with iPhones. Try to factory reset it from the settings, this should work. However, if you continue to experience difficulties it is best to call in a Priest to bless your iPhone with Holy Water.
