Trading my phone and laptop for iphone?
I have been offered to swap my phone (htc desire z with 32gb sd card) and my laptop (toshiba l450-16q) for a iphone 3gs 32gb but on my laptop the f7 key is missing and my htc Wi-Fi won't connect to Wi-Fi but at the same shop for £50 more i can get a iphone 4 32gb so should i ask for that instead for what i'm giving?
For an Iphone 3gs. I suggest get a little more and at least try to go for the 4s

The IP 3GS is discontinued and has no flash etc etc etc, bad phone is 2009, even worse now
re Wi-Fi yo do know when you use it you are supposed to change the APN. Just turning on Wi-Fi IS NOT going to work
eg your home hub, Wi-Fi (HH I ) say for this case you connect, you go to a friend house FH 1 ( avoid if the has an IP3 GS and you want to connect to their Wi-Fi you have to change the APN from HH 1 to FH 1( connect yo the internet, this is the ADDRESS) if unchanged HI
Based on the above information your Wi-Fi POSSIBLY works ( if it scans etc it works)
Scan and say list of 5 WPA protected Wi-Fi, in order to connect you would need two things the password and YOU WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE THE APN on the phone

- Trading iPhone 4S for s2 skyrocket? I got an iPhone and feel like a mindless drone. I don't like it. So I have a brand new 4s with 16gb looking to trade for an s3 or note 1. I got an offer today from someone with an s2 skyrocket. I don't know much about the s2 though. Can anyone tell me what they would do in this situation?

- Trading-in my water damaged phone to a phone company. Can they see my personal data? So i'm trading in my iPhone 6 for a newer version as it is water damaged (it won't turn on or anything) and my phone company said that they can recycle it. Does this mean that once they get it working, they will see all of my personal information, including photos, contacts etc? I've taken the SIM card out but I'm not sure what this contains.
- Selling/trading iPhone 4 for iPhone 5? I've heard that Verizon or Best Buy will buy your iPhone 4 then sell you a 5 for a cheaper price. How does this work and how much would the 5 be?
