Unable to get free apps on my iPhone
So I have my debit card set up to my App Store so I can buy apps and music off iTunes. I have $7 in my bank and it won't even let me get a free app is says it was declined which means there isn't enough in my bank but its a free app and I have money in my account. Is there any way to fix this problem?

You might just have to put your card security card (the three numbers on the back of your card) in and confirm your account and it may work! If not, I'm not sure… Sorry. Your funds may be below if it has been a delay in taking the money out.
Why can't we down load fre apps
- Why are free iphone apps not FREE? Every time I click on the icon "free", it wants my credit card info? False advertisement, I hate it. Btw. Any of you know where to find truly free iphone apps?
- What does this mean: Free Msg: Receiver unable to receive message - Message Blocking is active mean on iPhone's iMessage? I tried sending my friend a text and it replied with this. We haven't gotten into any fights and we hung out for hours recently. Has she blocked me?
- What apps can I get on my iPhone to get free iTunes gift cards? For example, I already have on my iPhone Bamboo Wallet (Juno Wallet is the same thing) and AppJoy+. Are there any other apps like this that I can do things to earn free iTunes gift cards? I have also tried App Trailers, but my "account was blocked for strange activity". Don't know what that was about.
- Unable to update apps directly from iPhone? When I try to update an existing app or buy a new app on my iPhone 4, the password box comes up, I type in the correct password, a few seconds later, the same password box comes up and I type in the correct password again, a few seconds later, my original purchase/update request seems to be cancelled. I have tried signing out and in inside "Settings" I have just upgraded my iOS to the latest version, but still no luck. What do you advise please?
