Under settings on my iPhone, does the data usage include Wi-Fi usage?
Because its stating a ridiculous amount and I've had my data off… And my Wi-Fi on. Does the total of data include the amount of Internet I'm using when on Wi-Fi? I'm so confused
My wife downloaded an app for her iPhone that shows both Wi-Fi and mobile data usage. I'm not sure if the iPhone will show both.
She also leaves her mobile data off (except for when we're out of Wi-Fi) and it was showing like 5GB of Wi-Fi usage and like 140 MB of Mobile usage. But that's because she watched a TV show on the mobile data. It's usually just like 12 MB.
Wi-Fi is free so that doesn't matter, if you want your true data usage then download the free app that your carrier has, all the big carriers have their own app for that
- What settings will it change if I press reset all settings on my iPhone? Also, will this help speed up my iPhone because that's what I've heard. Because my iPhone has been so slow lately and taking like 3-5 minutes to send 1 text. If you know of any other ways that could help speed that up please also let me know that.
