Unlock/jailbreak iphone 6 9.2 ios?

IOS 9 can't be jailbroken, well it can but not properly and said jailbreak hasn't been released to the public. The ONLY way you can get the phone unlocked (if you mean carrier unlock) is to pay the cellular company or maybe even Apple to unlock it.
Can't jailbreak a non-existent version of iOS (9.0.2 is the latest).
As far as unlocking could check sites Chronic Unlock or your carrier depending on the status of the phone under a contract.
