Unlock verizon iphone 4 to use on virgin mobile?
My dad is switching our phone sevice from verizon to virgin mobile. The virgin mobile iphones are $600 and i'm def not willing to pay that much unless i absolutely have to. My friend is selling her verizon iphone 4 32gb and I wanted to buy it from her. But, only if there's a way for me to unlock it and use virgin mobile service on it. Can i do this? How do i unlock an iphone? Any links, youtube vids, or info would be great.couldnt find anything that answered my question online.
Added (1). Also, will i have to jailbreak the iphone to unlock it? Don't want too have to deal w the problems that come along with jailbreaking the phone.
I don't know about virgin mobile, but I have an unlocked iPhone with Tmobile. It is a lot of work and you need to be pretty tech savy. Just google "how to unlocked iPhone 4gs with virgin mobile" or ask a friend who's good in that department!
