Am I entitled to an iphone upgrade?
I have been having problems with my iPhone 4s white. The problem is the battery this is what happed
-20% turns off then when I try to turn it on it's the connect to charger symbol
-i get it to turn on and it's 23%
-I was out with my friend and I had to get it on to phone my dad but it turns off instantly
-I bump it against my hand the back cracks and it turned on at 15% I quickly called my dad but it froze and turned off again
- it turns on all by itself at 6% then turns off instantly
I have had this phone since the 3rd of December I stay in the uk. I then had to take a 50 minute walk home as I couldn't contact my dad.
Also it keeps askin me to sign into iCloud with a random email address and I obviously don't know the password.
What should I do should I email apple, or should I book an appointment at the apple shop?
No you're not.
I don't think you're but you should call service provider and see what's your option.
- When I upgrade my iPhone, can I upgrade to the same phone? I have the iPhone 4S and my upgrade is soon, but I don't want the iPhone 5. And I have some little cracks and my speakers are weird. So when my upgrade comes can I just get the same phone that I have now?
- Is it possible to get a free iPhone upgrade? (iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 upgrade)? I've had my iPhone 4 a little over a year now and I'm wondering if I could somehow get an upgrade? Is there something I have to do?
- How much does it cost to upgrade to an iPhone 4S with Rogers? Early upgrade? I have only had my Blackberry since August 2011. I don't know when I'm allowed to upgrade. I'm on a three year contract. I was wondering if anybody knew how much it would cost to upgrade my phone early? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. Also, I want to stay on the same plan if that is possible.
- Can I upgrade to an iPhone 5, 6 months before my upgrade, with Verizon? I'm really wanting an iPhone 5. My currently phone was a cheap one that they gave me for free. No data, just really plain and simple. I want to switch over to a plan with data, so it would be costing like $15-30 extra a month. We always always pay bills on time, never have broken a phone, and have been with verizon for around 12 years. taking all this into consideration, would they let me upgrade early?
