Verizon iPhone 4 with bad esn?

I lost my iPhone and reported it stolen so I got another phone through my insurance. I ended up finding the phone and I wanted to sell it. I would difinetely let people know that it is blacklisted on verizon, but I was wondering if it can be activated on other networks? I called t mobile and they said they would be able to activate it, but I'm wondering what other providers will be able to. Also do the phones ever get taken off the blacklist? And is there any way to get around it on verizon?

No its useless as a phone
Verizon iphone 4 can't be used on any other carrier.

Verizon iPhone 4 can't be unlocked so it can't be used on T-Mobile. If they've said that, then they have no idea about iPhone even though they're going to have them from April 5. The ESN is bad so it can't be used on Verizon but you can use on other carriers. You can mail this person (arghyle@rocketmail.com) who can help you get the phone flashed to other carriers.
