Verizon - Keep unlimited data plan but add new line?
I'm thinking getting iPhone 5 for my husband for X'mas gift.
I already have a phone with Verizon but he is with sprint right now and switching to Verizon.
Is there anyway to keep my unlimited data plan but add his new line to my account?
Or is it better to have separate account? I usually use about 2GB for my data. Is it worth it to keep my unlimited data or should I go with shared plan with him?
I kind of hesitate to drop the unlimited data plan because Verizon is not offering it anymore.
What do you think?
You won't have unlimited on his line, but that won't change the fact that you do have unlimited on your line.
- Would It Cost More To put an extra line on an AT&T unlimited family plan? Well we have been with AT&T for a while, and we still have the unlimited data, unlimited text and unlimited call. So I was wondering if it would cost a lot more to add one an extra line. The plan only has 2 GoPhones and 2 SmartPhones on it. So could one of the GoPhones be replaces my an iPhone? ( GoPhones are $10 a month )
- What can I do to keep my unlimited data plan on Verizon and upgrade to the iPhone 5? Now I already know that I can buy one full price from Verizon for about $649 but I don't want to go that route, and I don't want to buy a subsidized iPhone 5 and end up losing my unlimited data plan. Does anyone know if I choose to get the 4S (instead of the 5) if I can keep the plan? And would it be full price or upgrade price?
- Is it cheaper to get a new iPhone on a plan or buy it unlocked and add a cheap plan? I can either buy the phone for $250 and pay a monthly $80 plan with data for 2 years or purchase the unlocked phone $800 and pay $30 - $50 a month - I might not get data but it wouldn't be a big deal to me, I'm just trying to find a deal thats not ridiculously expensive cause I can't really afford too too much right now. Which would be better?
