Hearthstone is great fun, though it can be a bit difficult for newer players.
Bethesda also released a fallout iOS game, you have to build a big shelter it's called Fallout Shelter
Tons of people seem to enjoy Clash of Clans.
The Halo iPhone games are great fun as well.
Some of the older GTA games have also been ported to iOS (San Andreas, GTA III, Vice City)
