- Why are episodes on Netflix for tv shows missing? So I wanted to watch certain episodes of Dirty Jobs on Netflix but find that many of the episodes are missing? Why can't they upload the all the episodes? I usually watch from my ps3 or iphone if that matters.

On Netflix i've watched a ton of shows like, Baka And Test, Black Butler, Angel Beats, Rosario + Vampire, etc. However, there are many other great animes that are not on Netflix such as Bleach, and Naruto. I've searched for websites, but they're all in Japanese, i can't understand. What is a good english website, or app, to watch anime on?
