Call t mobile and explain to them.

Idgaf pay it anyways

Do you have a local "Official Office", e.g. Trading Standards Officer or the US similar? Maybe Citizens Advice Bureau?
They will contact the Company and sort it out on your behalf.

Go into the store and talk to the manager. Show them proof that you never had the phone, explain it all. If that fails send an email to head office and make it public until they sort it out. Hope its sorted soon.

  • Will an iPhone 5 locked with t-mobile work with a simple mobile SIM card? I have a simple mobile SIM card and wanted to know if I could cut it down to fit my iphone 5 bought from t-mobile
  • Virgin Mobile iphone 4s: Does it work on T-mobile? If I purchased the unlocked iphone 4s from Virigin mobile would I be able to use it on T-mobile? Does anybody know if the virigin mobile iphone has a spot for a sim card like the ones T-mobile uses?
  • Reuse T-Mobile cut-to-use-for iPhone SIM card back to regular T-Mobile phone? Is that possible? My SIM card has been cut to fit on iPhone but I'm going to sell it next month to go back to regular T-Mobile phone. I still have the cutout piece from original T-Mobile SIM Card. Can I re-attach micro SIM to original T-Mobile card and use it on new T-Mobile phone, or would I have to buy the new SIM card and activate it again on pay-as-go-plan?
  • IPhone says T Mobile instead of Simple Mobile? So I got a new iphone today and i had to cut the sim card down for the 4s. So when i finished and put it back in the phone, it says i have T Mobile, but it is a simple mobile sim card? When i used the simple mobile sim card for the 3GS it said "simple mobile" but now that i changed it, it says t mobile. Does anyone know why this happened? And am i being like charged? Is it because i cut the card? I'm really worried right now >_<"
