What can I do if my IPhone 5 lock button doesn't work?
I have had my IPhone 5 for about five or six months now and my lock button just stopped working. What should I do?
Go into settings then general then accessibility and go to assistive touch then turn it on and a little white circle thing should pop up on the screen click on it and click device then click on lock screen and it should lock your screen then you can turn on the iphone by clicking the home button and you can use assitive touch in other ways too like to take screenshots which you will no longer be able to do manually if your lock button isn't working now this is just a quick fix thats free but if you want to use the lock button manually again you could take it to Apple and see if they can do anything about it.
