What carriers can I use my iphone 4 with?
So i have a iphone 4 cdma version so no sim card, that i got from my grandma because she upgraded but she had sprint on it, what carriers can I use beside sprint?

CDMA phones can be used with CDMA carriers (Verizon, Sprint and other associated carriers) only.
Out of the biggest US carriers, AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks, while Sprint and Verizon Wireless use CDMA. GSM-compatible phones use a SIM ( Subscriber Identification Module) card, a small removable plastic card that stores the data needed to identify a subscriber on a wireless network
Unfortunately, with CDMA phones, it is very difficult to change carriers, especially with the iPhone 4 CDMA not having a SIM card slot and because it isn't easy to change the phone's programming.
You could flash the phone yourself, but the program necessary for the flash isn't very cheap and it isn't very user friendly. You could take it to a store that flashes phones, but I'm sure they'll charge you $100+.

MVNO are "vritual" carriers that don't have cell towers of their own, but use a major carrier's. In this link, you'll find carriers that "piggy back" from Sprint, so you basically get the same coverage as you would if you had Sprint, but pay much less, depending on which carrier you choose.

Just CDMA carriers like the aforementioned Sprint & Verizon. MetroPCS would be another option as well as Virgin Mobile & Boost Mobile.
