"she pulled out a paper that said corporate review on it, you put your name, number, social security number and email and then you sign"
Then if the interviewer says you are a good hire, they use that information to do a background check to see if you are a criminal, to verify what you wrote down on your application, and to search the internet for any bad stuff you may have posted on there!
Not trying to belittle or anything, but this is only a job at McDonalds! The main requirement there's are you available! With the turnover time, it is hard to keep those places staffed.
