IPhone 4 is pretty good to use.
I would recommend the iPhone 6. I have one and it is very easy to use with many functions. It is the most user-friendy, supports the most app, and has the most features. You will need to probably spend a little more, though. Pricing may have to be taken into account.
IPhone 6s is the best with 2GB of ram and 12mp camera and many cool features like 3D Touch
Latest version is obviously best and newest hardware out

Easiest to use, they are all equal in that regard, unless you take 1-handedness in mind in which case the newer 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus wouldn't be as easy since they are bigger.
