Eliminate apps you don't use, backup photos/videos and delete them off the phone, erase old emails and messages, and delete music you don't listen to. Then in your Photos app, look for the Recently Deleted album and erase the pictures from there. Then… Restart your phone (hold down Sleep/Wake button and Home button at same time for about 6 seconds), which will get rid of temporary files.
Delete some apps, or move them to an SD card. You should also move photos videos and music to an SD card.
Common sense will tell you that you have to delete stuff.
Clear out media (music, videos, pictures) as well as unused apps.
