What is the cheapest iPhone 5 plan available right now?
I want to buy an iPhone 5 this summer. I'm working the entire summer--minus a few weeks where I'll be at camp, vacation, etc. Buying the actual phone is no problem, but it's the monthly bills that I need to do research on. My mom is EXTREMELY cheap, and I want to have a good solid cell phone plan when I ask her if she'll pay the monthly bills. What's the cheapest plan available right now? What carrier it is doesn't matter, but Verizon is preferable. If there's something cheaper, though, it doesn't matter what carrier.
Also, are there cheaper plans for the iPhone 4s? I'm willing to buy the 4s if it's even cheaper than the 5 plans.

- Will the sprint iPhone Forever plan or a similar plan be available later this year? I don't have enough money right now and it expires soon, but I'm asking because it's a great deal and I don't want to miss out on it. Obviously you can't know for sure, but has anyone paid attention to previous years, and/or can you make an educated guess?
- Why is iphone 6 ios 8.3 2.6gb available in mobile and 5.46 gb available in pc? When I checked it in my settings in the phone settings>general>usage 2.6gb is free. When I connected it in PC and synced it, 5.46gb is free. Why is that happening and how can i make 5.6gb free appear on my phone?
- Which is the best smart phone available now? (after launch of note 3 and iphone 5s)? I want to buy a good performing smart phone which have all the feature, i'm excited to find note 3, however some of my frnds advice me to go for i phone 5s.

I don't know much about phones and plans so i don't know if it would be cheaper to buy the phone used on craiglists and then get a plan or to get the plan and a phone from some company. Not sure what's the cheapest way to go. Any advice? What companies have the best plans?
