What part of my iPhone 5c needs to be replaced?

I'm gonna try to be as specific as possible so please bear with me if I seem to be rambling. I dropped my iPhone 5c a while ago and the top two corners(above the touch screen) fell off and the top right corner popped out of the casing a little bit. At first the phone became very unresponsive to touch and would even register touch without me actually doing anything, that problem fixed itself for a while and the only issue was that any button on the keyboard where the "p" is located was unresponsive, which was manageable for me. However, yesterday the issue arose again, now whenever I unlock my phone and attempt to swipe to the side to enter my pin it won't register unless I lock it again and unlock it very quickly. Plus, the screen is becoming unresponsive to touch and registering touch by itself again. What do you think the issue is?
I've read that my issue may be the digitizer/LCD something along those lines, does any iPhone repair place do these kinds of repairs or do I need to go another route? Thank you!

Added (1). I also noticed that if I press kind of hard on the right side of my screen when attempting to unlock my phone I can unlock it on the first try instead of the second try

  • Why does my iphone 4 keep saying it needs to cool down? My iphone 4 keeps saying that it needs to cool down yet its not even hot.It'll work for about 5 minutes then go back to the temparure screen. Turning it off and on helps but only for about 5 minutes.
  • Which eBook app fits my needs for my iPhone? I want to download an eBook app for my iPhone 4S where i can transfer my eBook files from my PC to my iPhone. I don't want an app where my only option is to buy/download books from the in-app eBook store.
  • When my iPhone 6 screen is replaced by apple, will the home button be replaced as well? Ever since I updated to iOS 9 on my iPhone 6, the home button has been totally unresponsive. On top of this, my phone was recently stepped on and the screen was shattered. I plan on paying the $109 to have the screen replaced from apple, but does that replace the home button too? I've heard that when the front screen panel is replaced, so is the home button/touch id.
  • Wet iphone needs itunes restore - what data is Lost? Fell in water… Powered up after rice bed for 12 hrs- saved phones pics vids etc to desktop- … Recv'd texts then phone acted up and is in now STUCK in a RESTORE (apple) logo screen. MODE- rebooting- IF I restore- will I loose EVERYTHING ---pics etc.texts contacts etc. I have icloud with contacts there- but what about my apps? Last sync'd months ago.
