When comparing these two models i would suggest you Samsung galaxy s3 mini. The ultralight, larger screen, extra inbuilt memory storage & 4G facility which is not available in iPhone 4.

so in my consideration you must go for Samsung galaxy s3 mini.

I'm really disappointed with the mini, no good reception and all kinds of horrible bugs. I have it for more then 3 months and really felt like driving over it for many times. Now with only a few apps it's full and slow.
