What will happen to apps installed via cydia if I will delete cydia?

I jailbroken the iphone for the purpose of installing an app which is not available in appstore. Now I do not need cydia anymore, I can delete it by deleting its packages. But what will happen to the app that is installed using cydia if I will remove cydia?

To delete cydia you have to restore your iphone which deletes everything and it the app you installed will be lost sorry about that but its just what happens:/ good luck

They might stay and not work it for example if you click it the app page will go white then go to the home iPhone IPad or whatever thing you have screen

First i had jailbreaked my iphone with snowbreeze and then i deleted cydia via ifunbox to show my friends that i have not jailbreaked it then i again jailbreaked it via redsnow (snowbreeze jailbreak does not work anymore) but after the jailbreak cydia icon is not visible on my screen but is visible in ifunbox.
