You can set a bunch of things on what they can or can't use, whether you can install other apps etc. The password you set should be something they can't guess obviously.

I want an completely free app for myself that can will track the amount of time that I use my phone. I would also like it to shut my entire phone off for the rest of the day when I reach my limit.
