There's no fast way, it needs to be absorbed and evaporated, the best option is to turn it off and put it in a bowl of uncooked rice and leave it there for at least 48 hours. Attempting to use it when it isn't fully dry will cause a short and will fry the components inside.
Dismantle the phone, disconnect the battery and leave it in a warm airy place for at least two WEEKS.
The effects of rice (or any other desiccant) on a phone that is still assembled will be near zero.
If it actually has *any* water inside it, leaving the battery connected or trying to use it before all traces of contamination and moisture have been removed are good ways of ensuring it's damaged beyond repair.
I've had to leave a completely uncased circuit board over heat almost too high to stand for four weeks on one occasion before it started working properly again.
Applying power while there's any trace of moisture or residue causes electrolytic corrosion - basically "reverse electroplating" which destroys the circuit board and component joints.
It looks like some form of mould, but is metal salts that used to be the electrical connections…
