It will be released beginning on September 18. The update is pushed to your iOS device. Updates such as this are pushed out in batches, so not everyone gets it at the same time, and it is not possible to predict the time. Start checking Settings -> General -> Software Update on the 18th.

plug into iTunes & it will tell & guide you through the update or
check the Software Update section in the Settings app on the iPhone & it will do the same.
