When getting a replacement iPhone do apple give you the same model or a newer model?
I have an iPhone 5 and on Tuesday I'm getting a replacement because of the battery. Would the "geniuses" give me a newer model (like the iPhone 5c or IPhone 5s) or the same model.
What makes you think you would get a newer model? Of course not.
You won't get a newer model. You will get a reconditioned version of the same model you currently have
If they were go give you a newer model, everyone would be coming in with broken iPhone 5's just for a free upgrade.
- Will apple give me a replacement phone iphone 5? I lost my iphone or it was stolen last night i only just got a replacement one after dropping it in water will they give me another replacement one for 270? Its still under warranty? so devastated.
- Will apple give me a replacement iphone? So my iphone's earpiece is almost muted and i can't hear a thing when someone calls me so i always have to put it on speaker for it to work.
- Which of the newer model cameras are top choice to buy? I guess I'm rough on cameras. Right now I only have this iPhone 3GS and an old cassette type video camera. Despite that, I need one and would like it to be under $200.00 in US since I can't afford a really good one. It should have video and preferably burst shooting too.
- When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
