When i can download iOS7 Beta 7 GM?

The GM hasn't been released yet.iOS 7 won't be released to the public until late September at the earliest, but you can install it now if you register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, and then you can try out the new OS before everyone else. That's how I got it on my 4S.
- Will my iPhone 4s get bricked by apple if I update to iOS7 Beta 2 for free? I had Beta 1 working fine but I heard if you update or you still have Beta iOS 7 by July 22 Apple will brick your phone if you did it for free? Is this true or can I just keep the Beta's on my phone for free until the release of the Final
