When is IOS 7 coming out for iphone 5?
I need to kno so i can jailbreak my iphone 5 becuz mine is already updated to IOS 6.1.4 and someone told me wen IOS 7 comes out then i can jailbreak my iphone 5 if i don't update it… So when is IOS 7 coming out for iphone 5

Jailbreaking has nothing to do with iOS 7. You won't be able to jailbreak now that you've upgraded past 6.1.2, until the jailbreakers figure out how to make a new jailbreak. They probably won't release this new jailbreak until iOS 7 comes out, so there's no reason not to upgrade.
iOS 7 doesn't come out to the public until the fall, but you can install it early if you register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, and then you can try out the new OS before everyone else. That's how I got it on my 4S, totally worth the upgrade.
IOS 7 will come out in mid-September or early October, I think!
But, it will take some time before a jailbreak is available.
