IOS7 will be available for all iPhones and it will be out around the 1st or 2nd week after the 5S and 6 is released
Not completely correct bugzy.iOS7 will be available only from iPhone 4 and up (so yes the iPhone 4S will be compatible) but 3GS and down won't. Also iPad 1st generation won't be able to and only from iPod Touch 4th gen and up will be able to receive the update. I hear it will be coming around Semptember this year.
