Added (1). People asked me to take their pic but the flash did not work they blamed me for taking it wrong. I pressed the button until a square came up and I let go. Should I have pressed down for a few seconds?
Added (2). I think the flash WAS turned on but I did not press long enough?
Ok you are a noob I can see that but I will help you out… On the upper left corner of the camera app there's a flash icon if you touch it you can change it to auto, on or off
No.
If on Auto it would apply a flash if it is deemed too dark.
If on On then of course it would go off regardless.

- Taking photo's of yourself with flash.accurate? And I mean by an iphone or any phone for that matter, not by a really good camera. Everytime I take a photo of myself with my iphone without the flash, my face looks so big and gross and it's definitely not what I see in the mirror, its embarrassing. With the flash though, it gives my face definition and makes everything look better. what's more accurate of your appearance? A camera with or without a flash?
- Power button and home button doesn't work on iPhone 5C? Hi, so a while ago I dropped my phone in water, I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it but when I got it back the power and home button didn't work, I turned on assistive touch so I can use my home button and turn off my phone, now I can't turn it on without using my charger or having someone text me, is there any other way I can turn it on without having to do that?
