Whenever I tried download app from store my iphone ask password?
After sometimes they asks This Application requires iOS 5.1.1 or later.
Its just asking for your Apple ID password to ensure that you want to purchase something. This is so other people can't download things without your password and steal your money. You might need to update your iPhone to the latest IOS if its saying 5.1.1 or later is required. To do this you go into Settings > General > Software Update. If your iPhone is older than the iPhone 4 you can't update past a certain point.
Its security, anyone could take your phone and spend on your dime without it. With the fingerprint you can just use that though on 5S.
